The Support Center exists to serve the field by delivering essential, high-value business services to stores, teams, customers, and suppliers. Larson provides full-time employees with a comprehensive medical plan and personalized claims support.

FSA

Flexible Spending Accounts with pre-tax contributions are available through Employee Benefits Corporation.

Sick Time and Holidays

Employees get 40 hours of paid sick time each year and enjoy paid holidays, including major federal and floating holidays.

Dental and Vision

MetLife Dental PPO and VSP Vision plans include annual checkups and allowances.

401k Savings Plan

New employees are auto-enrolled at 6% after 30 days, with Roth and Traditional fund options through T. Rowe Price.

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Other Time Off Benefits

PTO increases with service, starting at 10 days and reaching up to 27 days. Includes up to 3 days paid bereavement, 16 hours paid volunteer time, and jury duty pay.

 

Company Paid Learning

Team members have unlimited access to LarsonYou, a learning platform with hundreds of specialized courses.

Maternity and Paternity 

Birth mothers get 12 weeks paid leave; fathers, adoptive, and foster parents receive up to 2 weeks.

Specialty Programs

Medical plan enrollees receive extra support for diabetes, behavioral health, maternity, and stress.

HRA

A company-funded Health Reimbursement Account is included with every medical plan.

Life Insurance

Company-paid life, AD&D, and disability insurance, with optional supplemental coverage from Symetra.

Community Involvement

Larson HVACR Volunteer Program

At Larson, one of the most important parts of our values is giving back to the communities we are a part of. 

We encourage community awareness and believe that when we invest volunteer and financial resources in our neighborhoods, positive partnerships result which improves the quality of life and make communities better places in which to live, work and play.

For this reason we provide opportunities for employees to participate in volunteer activities during normal business hours, up to 16 hours/year, up to 8 hours in a day.

A culture of care beyond the workplace, Larson Wellness brings employees together through volunteer opportunities, fitness initiatives, and community driven activities like Angel Tags, Candy Grams for the American Heart Association, and United Way campaigns.
